Myles Munroe, Jr.
Myles Munroe, Jr., the son of Dr. Myles and Dr. Ruth Munroe, has taken the position of Vice President and strategic leader within The Munroe Foundation. He is a visionary leader with a mind to create strategies that fulfill the vision of the foundation. He has a heart for people and enjoys training future leaders to discover and fulfill their true potential.

Charisa Munroe, the daughter of Dr. Myles and Dr. Ruth Munroe, has taken the mission and vision of The Myles and Ruth Munroe Foundation seriously and committed to giving her all to ensuring that the Foundation’s initiatives are accomplished. Charisa has a vibrant personality and is full of innovative ideas that have enhanced the vision of the organization. Charisa aims to continue this trend as President of The Foundation reaching new people and allowing trains them to achieve their potential.

As a Management Consultant, Conference Speaker, Trainer and Facilitator, Charlie tackles subjects such as Diversity Management, Leadership in a Transforming Societies & Organizations, Team Work/ Building, Building Organizational Brands, Mentorship, Employment Equity, Discovering Your Purpose, Recruitment, Labor Relations, Entrepreneurship, Youth Development and Leading Change. He holds a National Diploma in Human Resources from Tshwane University of Technology and a Leading Change Programme Certificate from the University of Michigan Business School. Charlie’s career started at CSIR and thereafter, he worked at the Office of The Auditor General SA, the Integrated Labour Solutions Pty and his last Employment was as Human Resources & Development Manager at African Bank Limited. He will spend approximately ten hours each month assisting the Foundation with Strategic Partnerships. He will not receive payments for his service to the Foundation.
Marc Thompson, Jr.

An honors graduate from The King’s College in Briarcliff Manor, NY with a B.S. in Accounting, Thompson recently held the position of Managing Director, Americas Finance GE Capital Internal Audit. Before joining GE in 2006, he spent seven-plus years in various accounting and finance roles with the National Football League (NFL) and prior to that worked almost two years at Gruner+Jahr USA Publishing. At GE Marc led team of auditors that collaborated with all the businesses’ finance teams to ensure the internal control environment of GE Capital’s $500B in assets and $7B+ in net income will pass Federal Reserve review. He will spend approximately five hours each month assisting the Foundation with Compliance. He will not receive payment for his service to the Foundation.
Deavra Daughtry
President & CEO of Excellent Care Management
Deavra A. Daughtry, President and CEO of Excellent Care Management, one of the nation’s largest personal in-home care agencies started as a sole proprietorship, now employs over700 people throughout the Greater Houston Area. Sharing her compassion and skills, she has trained over 10,000 healthcare employees. An innovative and diverse businesswoman and passionate philanthropist, she is the CEO of Excellent Care Management, Excel E Care Home HealthCare and Purpose to Blessing Productions. She will spend approximately five hours each month assisting the Foundation with Programming. She will not receive payment for her service to the Foundation.
Ralph Clare
Senior Director of Strategy at Wal-Mart
Ralph Clare is the Senior Director of Strategy, Snacks & Beverages at Wal-Mart, where he previously held the position of Director of US Finance & Strategy. He received a BS degree in International Business from Oral Roberts University and holds an MBA from Missouri State University. He will spend approximately five hours each month assisting the Foundation with budgeting and other fiduciary responsibilities. He will not receive payment for his service to the Foundation.
